How to pay for your order

Phydeaux Designs & Fiber accepts all major credits as well as PayPal.  

Open an account

You may open an account after placing your first order.  By setting up a user name and password, you will be able to log in with each visit, in order to see your past orders. You also won't have to re-enter your contact and shipping information with each order. Your information is kept confidential and secure - we never share or sell customer information!

How to order and download patterns

Ordering knitting and crochet patterns is easy!  Just add the patterns you desire to your shopping cart and complete check out.  After your order is complete, you will receive an email with download link(s) and instructions.  If you paid via PayPal echeck, you will receive that email once your echeck has cleared.

Refunds and exchanges

Customer service is very important at Phydeaux Designs!  We accept returns and exchanges for physical goods, but you must read the below details.

Contact us prior to returning the goods.  You will be responsible for the cost to ship your return/exchange to Phydeaux.  

We don't accept returns and exchanges for digital products that have been downloaded.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order shipping.  Yarn must be in its original condition:  not unwound/caked, free from odors, etc.  

Club and custom orders are not eligible for for refund or exchange, except in the case of manufacture issues with the yarn.  

Copyright and terms of use

All Phydeaux Designs patterns, yarn and buttons are original designs, and Brenda Lavell, owner and designer for Phydeaux, owns the license and copyrights to all Phydeaux Designs products.  Your order constitutes your agreement with Phydeaux Designs' terms of use, which is as follows:  Phydeaux Designs patterns are licensed for personal use only.  You may make for your own wear or for gifts, but not to exhibit as your own design and not to sell the finished items.  Approved wholesale account holders may sell physical goods according to the terms of the agreement.
